Google Calendar & Google Meet
Each staff member can connect their own Google account. When an appointment is scheduled in Ordena, a Google Meet video link is automatically generated and a calendar invite is sent to all attendees from the connected Google email.
Data access & transparency
- We request access to your Google Calendar (calendar and calendar.events scopes) solely to create, update, and delete appointment events on your behalf.
- We request your Google email address (userinfo.email) only to identify which Google account is connected.
- We do not store, sell, or share your Google Calendar data with any third party.
- You can revoke Ordena's access at any time from your Google account settings.

Stripe Payments
